The best DVD image ever – Myryad proves PAL progressivc scan was worth the wait…. Re-assuring in build and weight, the Z122’s first impressions are very positive, with an uncluttered elegant fascia that just screams class rather than mass-production….The menu screen for the Z122 is very simple, yet contains everything you’ll need to ensure you get the best from the product….Visuals through the Z122’s PAL progressive scan…were second to none and looked every bit as impressive as Arcam’s mighty FMJDV27, with a realistic richness to the colours and an incredibly smooth frame rate that showed no sign of jaggies or picture break-up…We continued to be astounded and confounded by the performance of the Z122…On CDs, Myryad’s marvel; outshone almost anything you’d expect to find from mainstream giants like Sony or Philips….In the short space of time Myryad has been producing specialist hardware, it has provided the public with some truly delightful products, and at this price (£599.95 UKRRP)the Z122 should be one of your first considerations when buying into the world of home cinema….Another Myryad triumph!
